Requirement :
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the HR Division.

Job Summary :
Responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documents within the company group, provide legal advice to company management, conduct due diligence on business transactions and company acquisition processes.
Requirement :
1. Age 30 – 35 years.
2. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law, Business Law.
3. Minimum 8 years of experience in the legal field, particularly in mining companies and corporate law.
4. Knowledge of corporate law aspects, sales and purchase agreements for nickel/coal.
5. Experience in managing General Shareholders Meetings (GMS), changes to the company’s Articles of Association, and mergers & acquisitions.
6. Strong communication skills, strong leadership abilities, a strong desire to learn, and responsible.
7. Able to work under pressure and has good teamwork skills.

Job Summary :
Carrying out land acquisition/purchase at the designated location and check the validity of the land certificate and location with the local village/village officials for the land to be purchased/released.
Requirement :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
2. Understanding notary’s process, understanding business property developer, negotiation skills.
3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Checking the completeness of all newly entered files to be submitted to the notary.
5. Controlling the data collection of files that enter the system, ensuring that all files received have been recorded on the system.
6. Controlling the completeness of the original documents at the notary, ensuring that all documents are complete.
7. Carry out all processes related to land acquisition (land purchase).
8. Applicants must be willing to work on Site: Parudongka, Southeast Sulawesi.
Job Summary :
Responsible for identifying security breaches, conducting vulnerability tests, developing mitigation plans, and supporting IT infrastructure operations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance system security.
Requirement :
1. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CEH, or other information systems security certifications will be advantage.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
3. 3-4 years of experience in IT Security.
4. Experience with Firewalls, End Point Security, Active Directory.
5. Proficiency in Cyber Security, Risk Assessment Tools, Security Tools, and technologies.

Job Summary :
Responsible for conducting an inventory to identify the company’s needs for moving items, assigning item numbers to materials and complete descriptions, including brand, part numbers, etc. Collaborating with users to estimate material usage and identify specific requirements.
Requirement :
1. Fresh Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics is preferred, open to Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Willing to travel for business trips to Mining Projects.
4. Being certified in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
